To reserve your event, we must have a signed contract by the individual financially responsible for the rental agreement 2 weeks prior to the event date.
Sales staff will schedule an appointment with the client at $25/hr. If the client books the event with Party Time Rentals, the consultation fee will be used towards the total cost of the reservation. If a client is asking a salesperson to pull items from the back, they will be required to pay the hourly consultation fee.
To book a reservation, a credit card* must be on file along with a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
The remaining balance should be made no later than 14 days prior to scheduled delivery or customer pickup date. If a reservation is $500 or less, payment must be made in full to book the reservation. All payments are nonrefundable.
*Convenience Fee – Credit card payments will incur an additional 3% charge.
Customer Pick Up and Returns
Clients must pick up orders through will call between 9 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday. Will call items are required to have a damage waiver.
Delivery and Pick Up
Our delivery and pick up fees are calculated by distance, number of crew members required to safely complete the job, and other circumstances.
Challenging Load In/Out
Delivery charges are based on ground-level drop off in the carport/driveway area that is accessible (by hand truck) in the front of your location. The client is responsible for confirming adequate access at the venue site and notifying Party Time Rentals of any conditions that may prevent such adequate access or any other conditions that may require additional labor/time for delivery or pick up so that Party Time Rentals may factor such conditions into the calculation of the applicable delivery fee. The client’s failure to notify Party Time Rentals of any such condition may result in an increase to the delivery fee set forth in the quote.
Client, planner, or designated contact must be present at the time of delivery to sign for rentals. Designated day-of contact information is required prior to set up. This is someone that can be contacted for questions regarding delivery, set up, or breakdown of rental order.
Additional Trips or Wait Time
Clients requesting an additional trip to the event site will be charged an additional delivery/pickup fee. Clients requesting specific set up or breakdown times will be charged an additional fee. If the site cannot be accessed or set up/breakdown is delayed by fault of anyone other than Party Time Rentals, the client will be charged an additional fee in 15-minute increments.
Deliveries and installations made outside of our delivery hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday, 9 am – 3 pm Saturday) will incur a fee to be determined upon reservation.
If the client requests a site visit, they will be charged a site check fee. If the client books the event with Party Time Rentals, the fee will be used towards the total cost of the reservation.
Party Time Rentals will not be responsible for property damage at delivery locations when delivering or installing items.
